In May 2023, Trina Solar released a new generation of N-type i-TOPCon advanced technology, which rapidly improved battery efficiency. Today, i-TOPCon advanced technology has been upgraded: with the support of the latest carrier-enhanced sintering technology and edge passivation technology, the maximum power of the Supreme N-type module can reach 720.53W, and has obtained third-party certification.

At the beginning of 2024, thanks to this technology upgrade, the efficiency of carrier-enhanced sintering technology has increased by 0.3%+, the Supreme N-type family has been upgraded again, and the value of the full-scenario N-type module solution has broken through again, covering everything from ground power stations to industrial and commercial distribution. to meet all-scenario requirements for household rooftops. The power of the Supreme N-type large version has been upgraded to 720W, with an efficiency of 23.2%.

This component adopts a "golden size" appearance design. As early as 2021, the large size has been unified and standardized. It can be said that it is an industry standard since its birth. Thanks to the low voltage and high string power design, the Supreme N-type 720W series modules can minimize the system BOS cost and LCOE. They are suitable for large-scale ground power stations and can be called the "star of kilowatt-hour cost of electricity" for ground power stations.

At the same time, the Supreme N-type medium version module has also received a power upgrade, with a maximum power of 625W and an efficiency of 23.1%. It is more suitable for complex terrain ground power stations and industrial and commercial roofs. The Supreme N-type small diamond black frame module specially designed for mid-to-high-end residential roofs has both performance and appearance. The upgraded module power can reach 455W. It not only has a significant increase in power generation, but also sets off an "aesthetic storm" on roofs around the world. In addition, the all-black aesthetic components in the Supreme N-type Little King Kong series were unveiled at the Japanese PV EXPO exhibition at the end of February, attracting the attention of many viewers. This module continues Trina’s all-black aesthetic design, creating a new photovoltaic aesthetic experience for global users. In a 25-year life cycle, this module achieves a power generation gain of 15.1% compared to P-type traditional modules.
