In order to better promote the implementation of ABC technology, Aixu cooperates with material and equipment suppliers to conduct new research and development or upgrades. According to reports, the new generation silicon wafer technology developed by Aixu, the lightly doped superconducting magnetron Czochralski method (LD-MCZ), has broken through the two major challenges of resistivity control and wire breakage control, and produced silicon wafers with the highest oxygen concentration. Below 10 ppma, the minority carrier lifetime is above 10,000 μs, which is nearly 10 times higher than that of RCZ.

This truly high-quality silicon wafer with high resistance and low oxygen has opened the way for crystalline silicon cells to break through to a mass production conversion efficiency of more than 27%, and also laid an important foundation for the advancement of cell and component technology.
