It is reported that Nuocheng Photovoltaics plans to build a solar module factory with an annual production capacity of 1GW and a 200MW photovoltaic power station. The manufacturing factory is located in Palachin, in the center of the country.

Dubravka Jedovich Handanovich said the company will invest 30 million euros in the factory over three years and create 180 jobs. The value of the solar power plant is estimated at €280 million and the government will support both foreign direct investments.

“We want Serbia to increase its energy independence and play an important role in the solar module industry chain and hydrogen production in our region and Europe,” Handanovic added.

It is reported that Hunan Nuocheng Photovoltaic focuses on the photovoltaic industry. The company was established in 2005 and is headquartered in Hunan University Science and Technology Industrial Park. It has 6 member companies and is a new energy enterprise supported by the Hunan Provincial Government.

At present, the company's products have obtained multiple certifications, and a 500MW solar photovoltaic module and inverter production base has been built and put into operation in accordance with Industry 4.0 intelligent manufacturing standards.
